                                 MGH Adds Eight New Employees to its Growing Team (chrissiebortner).

Chris Rivers joins MGH as a Web developer.  Chris is the son of Robert  and the late Collette Rivers, and the Grandson of James Robert (Moosie)  and Annie Rivers all of Baltimore, MD.  Chris was also a 2005 recipient of the Irene Scholarship.  Chris  graduated from Stevenson University.  In his new position,  Chris will be responsible for building interfaces and acting as a bridge between client-side and server-side technologies for his MGH client accounts.

Congratulations to John and Melanie Rivers on the birth of their son John Isaac Dillon Rivers born February 17, 2007, weighing 8 lbs and 15 1/2 ounces and 20 3/4 inches long. John is the son of John Henry Rivers, Sr and grandson of James W. Rivers (Dense).


Congratulations to Jevon and Tiffany Taylor on the birth of their daughter Nilah Eve Taylor, (pictured above) born December 9, 2005 , weighing 6lbs and 12 oz and 21 inches long.  Tiffany is the daughter of Trent (President) and Marilyn Webb.

Congratulations to Sharita Dennis on the birth of her twin daughters Jakeira Annae' and Jakyha Marie, born July 28, 2005 at 8:57pm and 9:30pm weighing 5lbs 15 1/2 oz and 5lbs 7 oz. Sharita is the daughter of Valerie Taylor and the granddaughter of Wade and Annie Taylor.

 Alkita Bowe, daughter of  Wilma Beasley Williams was accepted into a summer internship at Sentara Hospital in Williamsburg Virginia.

Jesse Rivers, Sr. (Redman) recently received Treasurer of the Year for the state of Virginia from his Masonic lodge.

Valerie Taylor, daughter of Wade and Annie Taylor was promoted to Customer Service Trainer at Davis Oil Company in Stony Creek, Virginia.

Jennifer Rivers, daughter of Jesse and Eva Rivers was promoted to Acquisition Specialist at the Defense Supply Center Richmond in Richmond, Virginia.

Ashley Nelson, daughter of Earl and Angela Nelson was inducted into the Phi Etta Sigma National Honor Society as a lifetime member at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dorothy Rivers, daughter of George and MagnoliaRivers graduated from high school this year and she is Valedictorian of her class.

Dorothy Rivers, daughter of George and MagnoliaRivers is featured in a statewide training video that is mandatory for all child care providers in the state of Virginia.

Victor M. Rivers, son of Spencer and Ruth R.Hanks has earned his Masters of Science Degree in Network Secuity with a 4.0 GPA from Capitol College, Laural Maryland and has departed with his family to Stutgrat, Germany for a great job opportunity.

Victor Rivers was recently promoted by Booz Allen Hamiton to the level of Associate.  He is a Booz Allen Hamilton consultant providing support to Headquarters Euorpean Command in the fields of Network Security.  He is living in Stuttgart, Germany with his wife Simone and sons (Joshua and Jameson).

Jennifer Rivers, daughter of Jesse and Eva Rivers has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from AverettUniversity.
