Dear Family Members:
It's time again for us to come together for renewing, rejoicing and just plain having fun. Our Mini-Family Reunion Picnic will be on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at the Mill Pond in Southampton, Virginia.
We are asking family members to prepare a picnic basket and plan to spend the day renewing acquaintances and catching up on what has been happening with each other since Myrtle Beach, July 2007. The purpose of having an activity every year is to return to our home site where it all started. There will be tents, tables and a few grills for use. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, if possible. There will be games and special events for all ages to participate. The schedule time for is 12:00 noon for setup, and the opening of activities at 2:00 p.m. We need volunteers to assist with the setups, games, and cleaning up. All support is need and will be greatly appreciated.
Please mark your calendars for Saturday, July 19, 2008 for a great day. We are planning a fun packed day.
